We are partnering with our friends at Cailloux Cheese Shop on Saturday, October 17 to host an afternoon focused entirely on the intersection of craft, texture, and terroir.
This member-exclusive experience pairs a flight of our current estate-grown releases with an intentional selection of artisanal, small-batch cheeses. Rather than a passive tasting, cheesemongers from Cailloux will join our estate team to break down the mechanics of flavor theory.
