Dinner In: The autumn edition of Dinner In with Megan & Wynne

Chef Megan Mitchell and Winemaker Wynne Sargeant are heading back into the estate kitchen on Saturday, November 7.

For this autumn gathering, Megan and Wynne designed the menu directly around three specific estate pours: our 2023 Rule of Thirds alongside a side-by-side tasting of our 2019 and 2023 Limited Cabernet Franc.

Instead of building a menu and matching wines to it, each dish is designed around the wine itself. Seasonal fall ingredients, warm autumn spices, and slow-roasted textures meet the natural acidity, structural tannins, and herbal undertones of these featured releases—offering a unique opportunity to explore the evolution of our Limited Cabernet Franc and the distinct character of two different vintages side by side.
