Dinner Out: An Alfresco Summer Supper

As the vines reach their peak and the evening air turns velvet, a familiar tradition returns to our courtyard.
We are pleased to invite you back to the estate on Saturday, August 1st, for our annual Al Fresco Summer Supper. This is the evening we look forward to all year—a communal four-course feast designed to celebrate the height of the season and the beauty of our Limited wines.
The Culinary Tradition
We are proud to once again welcome back Chef Brett Stephen of High on the Hog Catering. As our long-standing summer chef, Brett has a singular talent for capturing the essence of the Santa Ynez Valley on a plate. His menu this year is a vibrant tribute to local harvest, crafted specifically to complement the nuance of our estate-grown wines.
An Unveiling and a Cellar Exclusive
This year’s dinner features two extraordinary highlights for our guests:
- Our Latest Release: We are incredibly excited to debut our 2023 The Affair, our newest release, a special single-vintage blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and SyrahÂ
- A Bequest Vertical: For our third course, we will be opening our cellar to share a stunning vertical pairing of our 2019, 2020, and 2021 Bequest.
The Evening’s Schedule
- 5:00 PM | Legacy and Reserve Members Reception: An exclusive early access in the vineyard featuring Regiis Ova White Sturgeon Caviar, House-Smoked Nova Lox, Cucumber, Dill Crème Fraîche paired with our 2025 Limited Rosé.
- 5:30 PM | Welcome Reception: All members and guests gather in the courtyard for passed hors d’oeuvres.
- 6:00 PM | Dinner Service: A four-course feast under the stars.
