This is the evening we look forward to all year—a communal four-course feast designed to celebrate the height of the season and the beauty of our Limited wines. \nThe Culinary Tradition \nWe are proud to once again welcome back Chef Brett Stephen of High on the Hog Catering. As our long-standing summer chef\, Brett has a singular talent for capturing the essence of the Santa Ynez Valley on a plate.
