Dinner Out: An Alfresco Summer Supper

The lingering days of summer in wine country provide the perfect setting for an evening in our olive tree-lined courtyard. Join us on Saturday, August 2nd for Dinner Out, a seasonal celebration featuring four expertly paired courses alongside our Limited tier wines—shared among fellow members in a warm, communal setting.

Chef Brett Stephen of High on the Hog Catering will present a curated menu, crafted with the finest ingredients of the season. Chef Brett’s culinary journey was inspired early on by his grandparents’ passion for food and gardening. After discovering his love for the kitchen during college, he left computer science behind and pursued culinary school. His experience includes time at some of the region’s most beloved restaurants—Square One, Full of Life Flatbread, and Industrial Eats—before launching High on the Hog Catering in 2017.

12-bottle members will enjoy early access to a private reception at 5:00 PM in the Barrel Room, featuring oysters and our 2024 Limited Rosé. At 5:30 PM, all members will gather in the courtyard for passed hors d’oeuvres before sitting down for dinner.

We’re thrilled to welcome you for an unforgettable culinary evening surrounded by the beauty of our estate.
