Brave & Maiden’s own Consulting Winemaker, Paul Hobbs, is hosting our next Dinner In. This intimate dining experience at our winery on February 8th will only have a dozen seats available.
Regarded as an international visionary for his accomplishments in the vineyard and winery, Paul combines his childhood roots on the family farm with an innovative scientific approach to refine the art of winemaking. He is recognized across the globe for breaking with tradition and forging new paths in the pursuit of excellence; both in stewardship of the land, and the crafting of wines that represent the purist concept of place. He is a wealth of knowledge about winemaking and the wine world.
Along with Winemaker Josh Klapper, Paul will guide you through what is guaranteed to be an unforgettable food and wine pairing experience. The seasonal and locally sourced multi-course menu will be prepared by Chef Giorgio Curti.
